PPP has always been a strong advocate of workers’ rights: Haji Mir Ali

Quetta (Balochistan News) – Provincial Minister and member of the Pakistan Peoples Party Executive Committee Haji Mir Ali Madad Jattak has paid tribute to the working class on the occasion of Labour Day.

He said that workers are the backbone of development, prosperity, and stability in any society, and May 1 reminds us of their struggle and sacrifices.

According to Haji Mir Ali Madad Jattak, the Pakistan Peoples Party has always remained a strong advocate of workers’ rights, and Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto and Shaheed Benazir Bhutto took historic steps for this class.

He said that the current government, under the leadership of the Chief Minister of Balochistan, is taking practical measures for workers’ welfare, better wages, safe working conditions, and social protection.

The provincial minister further stated that the role of the labor force in the development of Balochistan is unforgettable, and the government is continuing serious efforts to increase employment opportunities and improve living standards.

He reaffirmed that every possible effort will be made at all levels to protect workers’ rights and give them a dignified status in society.
