Sindh Implements New Rules for Fee Collection in Private Schools, Education Department Issues Circular

Karachi (Education Desk) The Sindh Education Department has issued an important circular for private schools, introducing new rules and regulations regarding fee collection.

According to the circular, schools have been instructed to collect fees from Matric students until March 2026, while charging any additional fees from students appearing in the April 2026 examinations has been completely prohibited.

A new fee schedule has also been issued for students promoted from Grade 9 to Grade 10, under which fees for June and July 2026 will be collected in April and May.

A new fee policy has also been announced for students from pre-primary to Grade 9. Private schools have been directed to issue separate fee vouchers, and it has been made mandatory to issue separate vouchers for April–June and May–July periods.

According to the circular, the June fee voucher will be valid until 30 June, while the July fee voucher will be valid until 31 July.
